The bill (Reg. No. 1054) proposes legal measures to stimulate introduction of innovative model of economic development in Ukraine instead of the dominating resource model.
Particularly, the bill suggests secure special tax regime for subjects of innovative activity.
People’s deputies of Ukraine, authors of the legislative initiative P.Symonenko, S.Kilinkarov, R.Skarboviychuk and S.Balandin believe that adoption of the bill will allow legislatively secure transition of Ukraine’s economy to the innovative development model; secure systematic introduction of advanced technologies into the production process; refine innovative infrastructure and legal regime for conducting innovative activity; ensure protection of domestic producers and their international competitiveness; provide for stability of national economy; increase citizens’ welfare and the state of their social protection, etc.
